I like it May 6, 2010 William P. Jackson (Nashville, Tennessee United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This actually works quite well. As it's a natural diuretic, don't expect to be a walking display of veins and tight skin, but as long as you follow the recommended dosing and drink plenty of water, you should experience a mild to moderate reduction in water weight. It's also important to allow your body a period off this supplement, as should be considered with all water expelling products both natural and synthetic.
With that being said, I believe this to be helpful in reducing some of the water I retain from a medication prescribed to me, and it should compliment body builders getting ready for a contest in flushing some excess water from their system.
Unless you are willing to risk renal failure, and unhealthy levels of fluid removal, Xpel should work fine for you. Remember, it's a supplement; not a magic bean, and will work best when proper diet and exercise are also incorporated in your daily routine.
Didn't work for me! May 2, 2009 Eden-N-Adam (Stone Mountain, GA USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Received product timely. The product did help but I was still retaining a lot of water. I think my needs exceeded this particular products capabilities.
Also great for "that time of the month" July 10, 2008 bellaloco (Murray, UT USA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Xpel is definitely the best diuretic I have ever used. It is great for body builders, models, etc. It is also great for people that just retain excess water, especially women who bloat up. This is not a fat burner or a diet pill, so don't expect extra energy. Take it as directed and you won't be disappointed.

I hate when people give responses to products they don't know how to use. Xpel is a DIURETIC not a fat burner. It doesn't make you lose bodyfat. And I don't think it even has caffeine it, in response to the reviewer who gave the bad review. It's made for bodybuilders, fitness competitors, models etc..to drop water weight before a competition or show or photoshoot. If you follow the directions and use it correctly while drinking alot of water, it helps eliminate the water stuck under your skin that could hide your definition and make you look bloated. It's not a solution to get thinner. It Xpel's that water weight. And it's a great product i'm using it right now for a photoshoot, and have used it plenty of times for competitions, etc.
Very Good Product September 28, 2007 M. Thom 2 out of 5 found this review helpful
Follow the instructions, and you will notice positive results. In one month I have lost over 20 lbs.
