The Atkins bars are yummy but small and a little crumbley. I prefer the larger South Beach bars (chocolate-peanut butter) which fill me up more and I can break pieces off of or Nugo (although not as tasty but you can get them cheaper at Sam's club.

I've tried a lot of diet food in the past but these are really, really good!!! And in the first phase of Atkins, the fiber is limited so these bars with great taste and 11grams of fiber help a lot. I keep them in my purse to tide me over when hungry and on the go. 3 net carbs. Taste like a Snickers. Love them!

This is a surprisingly filling meal bar that is more like a Snickers bar than a low carb meal replacement - like getting my lunch and dessert in the same package.

I've tried MANY "power bar" products and this one is BY FAR the best tasting. Since it's a Atkins product it can contain fat, which really makes you feel full. I was really surprised at how good it tasted. Even my wife who HATES these types of bars, tried one and ask me to buy more. WOW!
