It works, need to use will power the first few times. The container is bulky. Harder for a man to carry all day, easily fits in a woman's purse.

Tried product when I received it. I noticed an immediate lack of hunger. I used it at dinner and normally I am snacking an hour or so later, and at this point, I have not even thought about food. If this keeps up, I should definitely lose weight. No taste to product, easy to use and follow instructions.

I cannot rate the product as the package was damaged and I did not receive the whole product. It was mailed in a package that the post office said was not right, hence, month one of my Sensa product was missing as the package was damaged. I have heard from the seller, once, nothing since. I did responde but haven't heard. I feel I should have my full amount refunded from the seller. Thank you for this opportunity to speak.

I started Sensa a couple of weeks ago, and I've lost 7 pounds so far! It could be all in my head, but I haven't been snacking between meals at all since starting it. I wouldn't say that it makes me feel super full at meal times, but I haven't thought about eating in between meals (or after meals, when I usually feel a "need" for something sweet). I have a thyroid problem so maybe that is why I'm not getting the results my friends got, but I'm still using the product. As for shipping the product I received it in a normal amount of days which I appreciate.
