Didn't work for me! June 29, 2010 Katarzyna B. Kuchta I finished the entire bottle along with the detox and it didn't really do anything for me. Not worth purchasing again.

Seriously, we've all heard of "If it's too good to be true, it probably is." This totally describes the Apidexin crap. When I bought it, I researched all over the internet on the side effects - palpitations, nausea, etc. - fine, I hoped for the best and tried to mentally prepare myself for the worst. But WOW! the actual side effects I experienced blew me away. Not only did I feel nauseated, fast heart beats, palpitations, and dizziness BUT I also ended up with gastric reflux. I have NO history of gastric reflux but on the third day of Apidexin, I thought someone had lit a match and shoved it down my esophagus - and this was with just taking one dose/day versus the recommended two doses/day. I took Apidexin for a total of 9 days and finally threw the entire bottle out. True, it did suppress my appetite, BUT it was more because I was feeling so nauseated and dizzy that food was the last thing I wanted! Moreover, I took the pill at 7am and I still had trouble falling asleep at night around 11pm-12am. My gastric reflux didn't go away completely until three weeks after I stopped taking Apidexin - it scared me a bit b/c I thought there might have been deeper damage done to my mucosa lining than I had first anticipated.
Anyway, my opinion is - there are NO side effects whatsoever when you just follow through with the tried and true, good ol' calorie restriction, healthy diet, and adequate exercise. Best of luck on your weight loss journey, people! Hope this helped some. :)
Helpfull in controlling apetite March 27, 2010 Tiffany Alexander (NC) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I was very skeptical about the good reviews I read on Apidexin, but, decided there was only one way to find out... It took me about a week to actually start taking the pills. I was scared because of the bad reviews! The first few times I took it, I felt very jittery and a bit sick at the stomach. I also occasionally get headaches from the pills. Nothing that deters me from taking them though. Those side effects have mostly subsided now, and after two weeks of taking them I have lost about 8 pounds. I was only about 10 pounds from my goal weight, and with Apidexin controling my apetite and giving me the energy to hit the gym regularly, I'm almost there.
Apidexin - Results thus far March 11, 2010 Alisha Thompson (Iowa) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I am a 5'6" 21 yr. female. I currently weigh about 150-153 and would like to get down to 135-140 like I was the month before I began attending college. I started taking apidexin February 15 and weighed at that time around 157 - 161. I have been exercising for about 60 minutes moderately, 3-4 times per week and have been eating well, although I tend to eat a few unhealthy meals per week and engage in drinking moderately one day per week.
As far as side effects go, I have not experienced any jittering, nausea, or stomache cramps. I had severe trouble sleeping only the first night I took it but I am positive it was mind over matter. My one tremendously aweful side effect would be the way I feel the morning after I drink. I have never been one to experience hangovers. I can usually wake up very early and even go running or do something active after a night of drinking. But once I began the pill, the morning after I drank for the first time while taking it, I thought I was going to die. I had never felt that horrid in my life. Never was a puker, but that day I was. One week later, I drank a bit less than the previous time, and felt pretty crappy the next morning, but thankfully less severe than prior and no puking :)
I am going to give this pill until April 15th, means I have a 2 month supply, and if it begins to work durastically I may get another bottle. I will post another update in a few weeks.
Horrible Experience March 5, 2010 Nic (USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The first day I used this product I felt mildly nauseous and extremely jittery. I assumed this would pass as my body adjusted. I was completely wrong. On the second day of taking the recommended doses I actually became extremely ill. I began vomiting uncontrollably among other things. I literally could not leave the bathroom for more then 5 minutes at a time. I had the chills, excruciating abdominal pain and a fever. It has been almost 3 days now and although the vomiting has subsided, I am so weak I can barely stand long enough to take a shower. I have tried numerous supplements in the past and have NEVER had an adverse reaction such as this. It is absolutely not worth it. Although I've recently contacted the company regarding what I need to do to return the product for the refund, refund or not, this was not worth how horrible I've felt for days now.
