Product Description CON-CRÉT was designed for those that are serious about their conditioning and want a competitive advantage. Many athletes have tried creatine and experienced the strength, mass and muscle it can provide, but don't like its negative side effects.

Just a few words July 27, 2010 Mr. Showtime I tried this product for the first time and I must admit that it has its pros and cons. I like the fact that when I took it my energy level was thru the roof. I am blowing thru some of my workouts like it is child's play. It also has kept me from muscle soreness although I can feel my body is somewhat tight. The down side to Con-Cret is that its horribly salty. I've never taken a creatine supplement and im not sure if its supposed to taste like that. I just mix it with a little bit of my protein shake to get rid of the taste. Other than that, its a pretty good product.
I use a lot of sups... This is seriously worth it. July 20, 2010 Baltis S. Schuller I am a huge proponet of Noxplode. I even go through withdraws when I don't have it "ha" -- The thing here is I've been burnt time and time again on new products. 90% of them are junk. But that 10% is what you wanna weed through to get and, in my personal opinion, Con-Cret deserves a place within that 10%.
It's not any one set thing that it does that sells me on it, either. It just, over time, makes a difference. One you can see. Strength, leaner cuts and definition. While Nox is a huge part of my supplemental intake, Con-Crete has recently joined it and is now working side by side with it and will be doing so for some time to come.
It's a good product. It's worth the 20 bucks you can find it for and, in all honesty, it's probably worth 20 more. It works, guys. Give it a go. But when you do make sure you're serious and don't horse jack around with it. Use it right and it'll do you some visible good.
The only complaint I have is the micro size of the container. It really should come in a bigger container with more serving sizes for convenience. It's a chore to re-order all the time.
Too Strong Flavored July 6, 2010 B. sindelar (Seattle, WA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This stuff is pure alright! I mixed one tiny serving with 16 oz of water and couldn't get it all down. This stuff is acidic to the point where you feel it on your teeth and it is disgusting tasting. I do believe in creatine, but I have yet to find a powder based solution that isn't hell to ingest. I don't even know what I could mix this stuff with to make it palatable...
No different from regular creatine June 25, 2010 Brian Chou (Austin, TX United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Finished 1 bottle.
I may be an exception, but I believe this stuff was no different from regular creatine mono. I've used creatine for many years and have not noticed much difference from mono vs. concrete. Save your money and buy bulk mono.
Taste is also awful. Only tastes decent if you hide it in sweet juices or such.
This nice part was that dosing size was small, but this may just be placebo effect..lol
Urine adulteration June 24, 2010 n2cooloh (Mrb8te, Fl) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Do not buy this product! Too little creatinine in the urine upon drug testing indicates urine dilution. Too much urine creatinine indicates you've taken something to get rid of drugs from your system. You will automatically be flagged as a potential user of illicit substances if you are required to provide a random drug test.
