I believe that I know all there is to know about dieting. I have been unsuccessful not because I don't have information or techniques, I am just ALWAYS hungry! With this, that intense hunger really stops. It is incredible! I have now been on the bee pollen for 25 days and I have lost 9lbs. It is a nice steady pace, nothing crazy. Just drink a lot of water. You can eat any type of food but you will see that you are not that interested. I will write again next month to let you know if it continues.
