I received this item in the mail on Saturday, August 28 and started them on August 29. My beginning weight was 284 and as of today, Sept. 6, I am 273. My plan was to do what the box said. I am exercising moderately and I portion my food. The product suppresses my appetite so I only eat 2x a day. I say that I have been doing good so far and will be ordering again until I get to my ideal weight. Just a reminder, please make sure that you exercise and each properly, because these pills will not work by themselves! You have to put in the effort to reach your goals. The thing about it is that the product is HELPING you lose the weight faster than normal. Consult your doctor, and if you have side effects, just simply stop using them...that's all to it. I'm happy that I had the chance to use something that actually works and it very cheap as well! Everyone who is planning on using this product, please make sure you do your part in losing the weight and be safe using them.

I used to take the old version of these pills before and they worked great! But then the formula must have changed, because they no longer worked.... so I saw these and decided to give this new version a go... and.. THEY work great! Suppresses my appetite, gives me energy and I don't get that "shaky" feeling!!! I highly reccomend these

SO I RECIEVED MY PILLS ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND ALREADY HAVE LOST 7 POUNDS. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW GOOD IT WORKS THE WEIGHT IS JUST COMING OFF. I EAT MY TWO GOOD MEALS AND DRINK A FRUIT AND OATMEAL SHAKE AT NIGHT. I DONT EAT AS MUCH AS I USE TO, I FEEL LIKE I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY THRU THE DAY. These pills are awesome.. lost about 20 pounds in about a month.. didn't have to work out really.. but chose to work out a little... you don't rebound the weight cause i was without for about a month... and did gain.. so i would recommend these to anyone...

i have been taking slim pomegranate for about two weeks now,and i have been getting allot of headaches for the past two weeks and now for my third week my stomach been hurting none stop really bad for the last four days. i stopped taking the pills for the last two days but i am still in alot of pain!
